Outsourcing
In today's economic conditions, companies are focused on reducing total cost of ownership while often concentrating on increasing efficiency with existing resources. Therefore, they seek companies that can consolidate tasks outside their core activities. In this context, the IT sector becomes one of the most preferred sectors for outsourcing due to its fast and dynamic nature, encompassing many areas of expertise.
In many small and medium-sized enterprises, often referred to as SMEs, there is no department or personnel responsible for making moves in information technologies. Therefore, other department personnel within the company have to carry out the job tracking related to this department. This arrangement, which is not based on a solid foundation, leads to the absence of an IT strategy and eventually to the inability to control this structure in the future, leading to serious problems. In fact, depending on the structure of the companies, this use of external personnel can be planned flexibly within certain days and hours.
